Not every thought-provoking impulse needs a day’s training.

Between the rooms is the name of my new stationary experience exhibition, which you can set up yourself in your office building. You will receive a curated exhibition package with high-quality designed posters and displays. These are linked to digital learning content via a QR code. If your colleague scans the code, the person will find audio recordings, transcripts, reflection questions and learning challenges for teams.

Your corridors, stairwells, elevators and various communal areas become learning stations. A staircase to the training room on the topic of intersectionality. The reception to the learning space on the subject of belonging. Or the elevator on the subject of power.

The content is short, accessible and can be used at your own pace. Alone or in exchange with others who are also walking in the hallway or riding in the elevator. You can use between rooms all year round or specifically as an inspiring Diversity Day campaign and creative awareness campaign.

What is included in the Diversity Day campaign for companies?

Six learning stations

There are a total of six posters, displays, hanging elements or stickers – ready for immediate use in the themed rooms. And guaranteed to be creatively designed with love.

We use the reception, stairwell/corridor, elevator, toilets, meeting rooms and the canteen (optional). This turns your office into an interactive learning space on allyship, intersectionality, biases and privileges.

We deliver the materials directly to you. Provide you with a template for approval by facility management and tips on optimal placement.

Set up, hang up, no drilling required, finished and ready for immediate use. Everything can be removed again without leaving any residue.

Is Zwischen den Räumen a kind of diversity exhibition?

Yes.

It is an internal, temporary exhibition that you can set up yourself. Unlike traditional exhibitions, it doesn’t require any external set-up from us, on-site technology or support. The content can be accessed directly on your smartphone via QR codes.

You will receive an all-round carefree kit from us. And of course we are also available to answer any other questions you may have.

Is this a diversity day measure?

Yes and no at the same time.

It is an internal, temporary exhibition that you can set up yourself – at the time of your choice. Diversity and equal opportunities are important topics all year round.

What is special about Zwischen den Räumen?

Zwischen den Räumen focuses on voluntary learning in everyday working life – stimulated by creative design and clever didactics that encourage conversation. This allows you to reach people who would not attend training courses. And you create visibility for diversity issues in passing.

What learning level are you addressing?

Everyone will take something away for themselves – whether they are new to the subject or have been involved for a while.

Because very few people can really name an unconscious bias that often occurs in meeting situations straight away. Or define equal opportunities. Even if you have already done a lot of DEI training. The posters may be passed by colleagues who have never attended a training course on this topic. And for everyone else: Between the rooms also deepens any existing knowledge. It will be entertaining, creative and self-reflective. And you can never do enough self-reflection!

Topics that we address didactically in the learning content: Intersectionality, privileges and structural discrimination, unconscious prejudices, power, equal opportunities.

We also offer white labeling. Just let us know before we prepare a quote. We will then plan the design customization. And you’ll already have your company logo on the content between the rooms.

Do we have to print the content ourselves?

No.

We will deliver the prints to the address of your choice. You then organize the hanging internally. We support you with clear recommendations on placement, the number of posters and internal communication with facility management and the like.
The posters can be hung up without drilling and removed without leaving any residue.

Can we place individual content?

Yes.

In addition to the curated standard kit, there is a customized premium version with event. We offer a live podcast with Floria Moghimi and a stakeholder of your choice. You choose the day, we take care of the rest!

There will also be a poster designed for you with a QR code that makes the live podcast available. Of course, you will also receive the audio digitally and can post it on the intranet. This allows you to tailor the content to your context. Let’s talk about what suits your teams best!

Our team is bilingual, is it also available in English?

Unfortunately not.

So far, Zwischen den Räumen is only available in German. We are working hard to be able to offer an English-language version by the end of 2026.

How long can we use the experience exhibition?

For one to three months.

This is neither too short nor too long: a period of one month is our standard offer. We offer a campaign license for one or more locations. Please contact us for your requirements.
