Effective diversity training and DEI workshops

The decisive factor is how people in organizations work together, perceive differences, reflect power and take responsibility. This is precisely where our diversity training courses come in: They create spaces for honest debate, intersectional perspectives and concrete opportunities for action.

Our formats are anything but compulsory events. We design them to be interactive, reflective and effective, with a clear attitude and sound knowledge. Whether unconscious bias, structural discrimination or inclusive leadership: we combine personal reflection with organizational learning. Are we the right partners for your company?

What our diversity training is all about

Change takes time. We focus on long-term learning processes that take a joint look at behavior, structures and culture. In combination with our consulting services.

Our training courses create spaces for honest learning, emotional resonance and solidarity. Intersectional. And connecting.

We work interactively and participatively. Deep learning arises in our exchange according to the motto: No one can know everything, together we know a lot.

All training sessions are accompanied by handouts, reflection exercises and impulses for further work in everyday life. In German or English, you decide!

Unconscious Bias Training

Our popular basic module to get you started

  • Provides in-depth knowledge of cognitive biases, stereotypes and their effects in everyday life and work contexts

  • Encourages self-reflection: Where do your own assumptions have an effect and with what consequences?

  • Shows how prejudices influence decision-making processes, team dynamics and leadership behavior

  • Offers concrete strategies for recognizing and challenging prejudices and dealing with them responsibly

  • Combines individual “aha” moments with a structural perspective, away from the “feeling of guilt” and towards action competence

Allyship training

In the additional module Allyship: Learning to show solidarity

  • Provides knowledge about power relations, discrimination dynamics and own scope for action

  • Promotes reflection on one’s own privileges and social positioning

  • Provides concrete tools for solidarity-based action in everyday working life

  • Addresses the balance between listening, taking a position and assuming responsibility

  • Creates space for uncertainties, questions and joint learning

Inclusive Leadership Training

In the additional module: Learning fair, inclusive leadership

  • Combines leadership tasks with a human rights-based and intersectional perspective

  • Raises awareness of structural barriers and unconscious exclusion mechanisms

  • Strengthens skills in relationship work, feedback, decision-making and diversity of perspectives

  • Promotes self-reflection, vision and willingness to change as key leadership qualities

  • Offers practical strategies for inclusive action at individual, team and organizational level

E-learning

Online learning on LinkedIn Learning or customized for you

  • Modular structure: Learn at your own pace, independent of time and place

  • Interactive content on LinkedIn Learning on key DEI topics such as bias, allyship and equal opportunities

How to recognize effective unconscious bias training

With unconscious bias training, you are spoiled for choice. But not all of them achieve what they promise. Instead of real change, often only vague moments remain. How can you recognize training that really makes a difference? In this article, we show you what is important: from the depth of content and didactic design to the question of how power, responsibility and structural discrimination are addressed.

FAQ

We need basic DEI advice for our company. What are the next steps?

Great, you’ve come to the right place! Let’s first take a look together at where you currently stand. Our work is data-based, i.e. a qualitative and quantitative analysis will provide us with important insights that are important for the development of the strategy. I will be happy to advise you without obligation in a preliminary meeting.

Write to us via the contact form or to hello (at) floriamoghimi.de.

Who is your diversity consulting and training not suitable for?

You’ve come to the wrong place if you…

  • do not seriously want to look at the status quo together with us
  • do not want to critically question the structures
  • do not have a supportive network in your company
  • the management does not support you at all
  • want to work on one-dimensional diversity categories, e.g. only gender without also looking at race, disability, sexual orientation, etc.
  • do not have an official mandate and budget for DEI work in your company.

How high is the financial investment?

That depends on what you want to achieve. Similar to the question “How much does a car cost”, you need to define how deep we can go. In the introductory meeting, we first clarify whether and how we can support you with our exclusive and tailored advice.

"We believe we are already in a very diverse position.

Believing is not knowing. For a well-founded strategy, we need data and comparability. A Diversity Audit & Assessment is suitable for taking stock. We would be happy to arrange a personal preliminary meeting.
