Are you looking for an inspiring diversity speaker?

I have been working as a diversity speaker for nearly ten years for keynotes and presentations on stage. My topics primarily include unconscious bias, intersectionality, and allyship and inclusive leadership. Evidence-based approaches and an intersectional lens are particularly important to me in all my presentations.

Whether you’re addressing a large audience or hosting an exclusive management retreat: My mission is to inspire people. And to broaden their perspectives.

What Clients Say About My Diversity Keynotes

A good diversity keynote shouldn’t just inspire. It should open up new perspectives, raise specific questions, and encourage people to take a critical look at their own organization and the scope for action they have. That’s why I’m especially happy to receive feedback from companies for which I’ve given keynotes and presentations:

Frequently asked questions for diversity speakers

How much do your keynotes and keynote speeches cost?

The actual pricing depends on the format, the location of the event, the depth of preparation and the context of your event.

My fee reflects my many years of experience, my top-tier references, and the tangible impact my presentations have on teams and leaders.

Unfortunately, a few hundred euros is not enough.

For experienced keynote speakers, a realistic fee range is usually between 3,500 and 10,000 euros. The final fee is often determined by individual negotiations and the specific details of the event.

A serious examination of Diversity & Inclusion is an investment in the future viability of your organization. Write to me and we’ll find out what’s right for you.

Who are your diversity keynotes and talks generally suitable for?

My presentations are aimed at organizations that see diversity, inclusion and fairness not as an image issue, but as a leadership and future issue. I speak to employees, executives, management teams and at conferences – from Lunch & Learn and internal academies to large stages and panel discussions.

Are your presentations also suitable for people who are new to the subject?

Yes, many organizations use my presentations as an introduction to their DEI journey. I create orientation, reduce complexity, and meet people where they are, even if it is their first conscious contact with topics such as unconscious bias or allyship. You can also book our training courses. Feel free to contact us!

How long does a diversity lecture or keynote take?

My speeches are flexible and depend on your event and goal. Typical keynotes last between 30 and 60 minutes, including a Q&A. For Lunch & Learns or impulse formats, I speak for 45 minutes. In leadership contexts or for strategy offsites, I also work with longer formats. The decisive factor is not the duration, but the effect: a well-placed impulse can trigger more in a short time than half a day without focus.

What topics do you cover as a diversity speaker?

My focus is on diversity & inclusion in the company, intersectionality, unconscious bias, allyship and inclusive leadership. The focus is always on the connection between individual responsibility, organizational structures and social impact. Theory without practice is ineffective, which is why my work is evidence-based. Feel free to contact me for your desired topic.

How interactive are your keynotes?

Very much!

But how exactly, we discuss everything together! My presentations can be classically inspiring or deliberately designed for dialog. It is always important to me to initiate thought processes through examples, questions and a change of perspective.

Is your presentation more activist or business-oriented?

My presentations are neither purely activist nor superficially economic (aka “DEI is worth it”).

I combine findings from research and link human rights perspectives with direct references to your organizational reality: How do we make decisions? How do we lead? Which structures reproduce inequalities? A thought-provoking, evidence-based impulse that informs and inspires.

How do you convince skeptical managers of Diversity & Inclusion?

Skepticism often arises when people feel attacked, lectured to, or overwhelmed. That’s why, in my presentations, I take an evidence-based approach and avoid assigning blame. I show how unconscious biases influence decisions, how power works, and why diversity and inclusion are leadership qualities. We’re all adults and make our own decisions. I invite you to understand why this topic is directly linked to social responsibility.

How does a request for a keynote or lecture work?

After your inquiry, we will clarify the target group, occasion, setting and desired effect together in a meeting.

We will then prepare your offer and block your desired date.

After your acceptance, we will prepare for your event individually, through in-depth research and another 30-minute briefing meeting.
