Not every thought-provoking impulse needs a day’s training.
As a diversity manager, your Diversity Day events often only reach the usual suspects.
Actually, you’re eager to offer the spirited Thomas*, the rebellious Alexander*, and the jovial Julian* something that’s easy to get into. Something where they just have to pull out their cell phones and press play.
And at the same time, you expect all your more advanced colleagues to enjoy your Diversity Day event.
Between the Rooms—that’s the name of my new permanent interactive exhibition, which you can set up yourself in your office building.
You’ll receive a curated exhibition package from us containing high-quality posters, stickers, and display stands. These are linked to digital learning content via a QR code. When your colleague scans the code, they’ll find audio recordings narrated by me, transcripts, reflection questions, and learning challenges for teams.
Your hallways, stairwells, elevators, and various common areas will thus become learning stations for the interactive exhibition.
A stairwell becomes a training space focused on intersectionality.
The reception area for the learning space on the topic of belonging.
Or the elevator on the topic of power.
The content is entertaining and can be enjoyed at your own pace—whether you’re on your own or chatting with others who are also walking down the hall or riding the elevator.
You can use “Zwischen den Räumen” specifically as an inspiring Diversity Day initiative and a creative awareness campaign, for example, in connection with International Women’s Day or Zero Discrimination Day.
