My team and I are on an exciting journey – and at the same time, it’s not about us. It’s about tackling structural and systemic discrimination. For too long, the focus has been on making people who are labeled as “different” “fit in”. It has been about integration instead of tackling the real structural and institutional causes of discrimination. There is still a long way to go, but we should take it. Are you with us?
