The actual pricing depends on the format, the location of the event, the depth of preparation and the context of your event.
My fee reflects my many years of experience, my high-caliber references and the tangible impact that my presentations have on teams and managers. Unfortunately, a few hundred euros is not enough. For experienced keynote speakers, the realistic range is usually between 3,000 and 10,000 euros. The final fee often results from individual agreements and the specific event framework.

My presentations are aimed at organizations that see diversity, inclusion and fairness not as an image issue, but as a leadership and future issue. My speeches are flexible and depend on your event and goal. Typical keynotes last between 30 and 60 minutes, including a Q&A. For Lunch & Learns or impulse formats, I speak for 45 minutes. In leadership contexts or for strategy offsites, I also work with longer formats. The decisive factor is not the duration, but the effect: a well-placed impulse can trigger more in a short time than half a day without focus.
My focus is on diversity & inclusion in the company, intersectionality, unconscious bias, allyship and inclusive leadership. The focus is always on the connection between individual responsibility, organizational structures and social impact. Theory without practice is ineffective, which is why my work is evidence-based. Skepticism often arises where people feel attacked, instructed or overwhelmed. In my presentations, I therefore work on the basis of evidence and without apportioning blame. I show how unconscious bias influences decisions, how power works and why diversity & inclusion is leadership quality. Managers do not need to be “convinced”. We are all adults and make our own decisions. I invite you to understand why this topic is directly related to social responsibility.
