How can you make it clear that diversity and equal opportunities are important values for you that should be supported by everyone all year round<\/strong>?<\/p>\n

Not every thought-provoking impulse needs a day’s training.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sometimes that happens: between rooms.<\/p>\n

Between the rooms<\/strong> is the name of my new stationary experience exhibition, which you can set up yourself in your office building. You will receive a curated exhibition package with high-quality designed posters and displays. These are linked to digital learning content via a QR code. <\/strong> If your colleague scans the code, the person will find audio recordings, transcripts, reflection questions and learning challenges for teams.<\/p>\n

Your corridors, stairwells, elevators and various communal areas become learning stations.<\/strong> A staircase to the training room on the topic of intersectionality. The reception to the learning space on the subject of belonging. Or the elevator on the subject of power. <\/p>\n

The content is short, accessible and can be used at your own pace.<\/strong> Alone or in exchange with others who are also walking in the hallway or riding in the elevator. You can use between rooms<\/b> all year round or specifically as an inspiring Diversity Day campaign and creative awareness campaign.[\/vc_column_text]
