My team and I are on an exciting journey - and at the same time, it's not about us. It's about fighting structural and systemic discrimination. For too long, the focus has been on making people who are labeled "different" "fit in." Integration, rather than truly addressing structural and institutional causes of discrimination. There's still a long way to go, but we should take it. Are you with us? For fairer decisions, a healthier work environment for people with marginalized identities, and a more innovative work culture.

After working in communication teams of international corporations (Deutsche Post DHL, KPMG), I started professionally consulting companies in Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging and Equity a few years ago. Now we are a motivated team, mainly Of Color and queer positioned, with different physical and mental abilities and social origins. We know from our own experience what non-inclusive and exclusionary places look like. And want to support you to do better.
