I am on an exciting journey - and at the same time it is not about me. It's about fighting structural and systemic discrimination. For too long, it has been about making people labelled as "different" "fit". Integration, rather than really tackling structural and institutional causes of discrimination. There is still a long way to go, but we should take it. Are you with us? For fairer decisions, a healthier work environment for people with marginalised identities and a more innovative work culture.
After working in communication teams of international corporations (Deutsche Post DHL, KPMG), I started professionally advising companies on diversity, inclusion, belonging and equity a few years ago. Now we are a small, motivated team, mainly Of Colour and queer positioned, with different physical and mental abilities and social origins. We know from our own experience what non-inclusive and exclusionary places look like. And we want to support you to make it better.
In the meantime, my clients range from small and medium-sized companies and start-ups to DAX-listed corporations. Identities are never one-dimensional, just like the causes of social marginalisation. That is why we think and work intersectionally. I am certified as a diversity trainer by living diversity Berlin and have an extensive network of experienced trainers that we involve.
